Warranty

All warranties for products sold at Turkstra Lumber are manufacturer specific. Turkstra Lumber does not provide warranty service for our vendors. We can provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty information and assist you with contacting them regarding any issues.

– It is important to research the warranty for all products that you are purchasing, and it is equally important to store the warranty information in a safe place along with your receipt.

Be sure to read the manufacturer’s warranty before finishing, or installing your material. For example most door manufacturers require priming and painting all 6 sides of their doors to prevent moisture from entering the doors. If you do not follow their instructions, they may not honour warranty claims if issues arise in the future.

Our Mill at Turkstra Lumber does not have a warranty in place. However we stand by all our products and if you have any issues with our millwork, or any problems arise please speak to your Build-It-Better Coach and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Most manufacturers have a technical support line listed in their documentation, we encourage you to use this information if you encounter any issues.

Investigate the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning and maintenance for all products you will be purchasing. These can often be found on the packaging, or on the manufacturer’s website.
